Returns & Shipping Policy



WGIT will test any and all items returned under its warranty terms. Should said item/s be deemed in operational and working order, buyer will be responsible for the return postage.

Refunds will only be given to items received in a timely manner and packed in the same packaging they were originally sent. Items that have been fitted or damaged in any way will not receive a refund, item must be in a resalable state.



As our Feedback states our items are processed fast - In most cases 1-2 days delivery time* (Metro) we do also offer express upgrade. Most of our clients save money with our fast processing on standard postage. We use Aust Post for all our items 20kgs and under, larger items will generally take more time as handling and pick up appointments need to be arranged.

*WGIT makes every effort to fast track all deliveries though things can be delayed from time to time, generally through no fault of our own.
